The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"The room was sizeable and came with a proper table for work. Toilet door unable to close. Shower head leaking. Bottled water was provided daily. The dust from aircon unit got onto the bed though it can clean away. No elevator though room is at level 2 for my case."

"Location is near to town. One thing about the cleanliness of the hotel is the carpet from the floor that we stayed it’s seems bit dirty and it got bad smell along the corridor. We booked 4 rooms and there is one room which the bed’s wobbly. One of my family member not sleeping well 😅 overall ok."

"This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊"
